Content & Editorial
Research-led long-form, strategic briefs, executive ghostwriting. Human-written, human-edited, built to be cited.
The default playbook — pick a high-volume keyword, brief a 2,000-word listicle, publish, repeat — was a 2018 strategy. It produced a flood of interchangeable articles whose only purpose was to occupy a search-results slot. In 2026 those articles do not rank, do not get cited, and do not generate trust. They are noise. We work on the inverse: fewer pieces, sharper argument, longer half-life.
Five formats, one editorial standard.
Strategic briefs
The kind your editor actually uses. Buyer question, angle, structural skeleton, citations to gather, named experts to interview, definition of done.
Long-form articles
1,500–3,500 words. Three rounds: research, draft, edit. Real expert interviews where the topic warrants them.
Executive ghostwriting
LinkedIn essays, newsletter issues, op-eds, conference keynotes for founders and senior leaders.
Editorial calendars
Tied to your OKRs, not to volume targets. Each piece has a hypothesis, a measurement plan, and a named owner.
Draft editing
Sometimes the writing exists; the editing layer is missing. We bring drafts to publication standard without rewriting them.
Distribution
Newsletter, LinkedIn, partner placement. We help every piece land with the audience it was written for.
Brief. Research. Draft. Edit.
Brief
One page. Argument, evidence required, structural shape, definition of done. Approved before writing begins.
Research
Primary where possible (interviews, datasets), secondary where it is not. Every claim sourced.
Draft
Senior writer drafts. No first-draft publishing, ever.
Edit
Independent editor reads cold. Structural notes first, line edits second.
Publish
Schema, internal linking, named-entity disambiguation, social variants — handled in the publication pass.
Measure
Citation tracking, traffic, time-on-page, and where relevant, pipeline attribution.
A short list. Held firmly.
Founders who need to be visible but cannot keep up with weekly publishing. Marketing teams that have writers but no editorial layer. Brands moving from undifferentiated SEO content to argued, opinion-led thought leadership.
Questions, answered.
Do you use AI to write articles?
No. We use AI to surface content gaps, score citability of drafts, and check style consistency. The writing itself is human, every time.
Will you ghostwrite under my name?
Yes, for founders and senior leaders. We interview you, capture your view, and write in your voice. You approve every piece before publication.
How many pieces per month?
Default retainer is 8 pieces per quarter (around 2–3 per month). We will go higher only if the editorial standard can be maintained.
Can you edit pieces we have already drafted?
Yes. Draft-editing is a separate service. We bring existing drafts to publication standard without rewriting them.
